Returns Policy
At Cerlora Perth, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for.
If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only request a return after you have physically received your order.
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
How to Start a Return
- Submit your return request via support@cerloraperth.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address for our supplier (based in China).
- Send the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return has been received at the return address and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
