Returns Policy

At Cerlora Perth, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for.
If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.


Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received your order.
  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage fees.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your return request via support@cerloraperth.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. You will receive the return address for our supplier (based in China).
  3. Send the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return has been received at the return address and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address was provided during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order.
